Day 18 – dance like no-one’s watching …
I did this online dance class last week and nailed it …. in my own self-isolated world brain anyway. Thought I’d continue my booty shaking awesomeness again for the next class, and severely BOMBED! Co-ordination deficit.
Absolutely dancing like no-one was watching, ‘cos no-one was, and no-one needed to see that ….. I may not do another one.
Also I pulled in muscle in my foot.
