Day 21 – the great isolation bake-off ..
Not really much of a bake-off, but I did make some banana muffins with left over squishy black bananas.
One of these muffins has an extra special cream cheese icing to muffin ratio (approx. 60/40 slightly in favour of the muffin. It would have been the other way around had I not taste tested a large amount of cream cheese icing prior to adding to said muffin). This muffin is my test muffin.
